On March 15th, 2011 the Rotary Club of Springfield ~ Midtown hosted a mayoral forum to focus on health and human services in Springfield. Mayoral candidates Mike Houston and Shelia Stock-Smith reply to questions by the moderator Amanda Vinicky, Statehouse Bureau Chief for WUIS-FM.
